Each of these three services are available as a cohesive whole, as a two part service or on a stand-alone basis.

Diagnosing your customers' needs and perceptions:
We provide face-to-face, customised, confidential and comprehensive customer service research, aimed at measuring customer needs and perceptions.

Our surveys are conducted by our network of experienced business professionals, experienced people who in most cases have themselves had to grapple with meeting customers' needs. The focus of the surveys is not only to uncover those areas where your customers have a problem with your goods, services or people but most importantly to find out what the solutions to address these problems are, from the customer's perspective.

Helping you to convert these from customer research results into strategic action plans:
Once we are satisfied that we have got to grips with what your customer really needs; with what your customer really thinks about your business and its products and services; with the solutions that will meet your customer's individual business needs, we use this customer information as a basis for recommending actions to improve customer service and sustainably improve profitability.

The output and recommendations are practical and constructive and are used to drive business, marketing, sales and training strategies.

If appropriate, we offer a complementary service of facilitation of strategic planning workshops to convert these customer insights into strategic actions. Facilitation services are also provided to our clients on a stand-alone basis to meet their strategic, marketing or restructuring needs.
